The Institute Status Acres combined school was founded in 1987 and relocated from plain street in Jhb to Cnr Oosthuizen Street and Railway street Germiston Ekurhuleni in 1991. It is an independent school registered with the Dept of Education. The parents of the school have been heavily impacted by the lockdown and the school is struggling financially.
