  • Work out a simple plan

  • What are you doing that you need to stop doing? 
    • What needs to be eliminated 
    • What goals can you give up on 
  • What do you need to keep?
    • A good routine 
    • Something that is serving you well 
    • Where are you finding joy and thriving?
  • What do I need to adjust? 
    • Doesn’t need to be cut out but needs to be tweaked 
  • What do I need to add? 
    • What will help me reach these goals?
