In today's episode, I'm giving a simple strategy to create more energy in your day. 

Energy is not received, it is generated.

The four types of energy are:

- Physical

- Mental

- Emotional

- Spiritual

To increase your energy, first increase your self awareness.

Pause. Check-in. Then act.

How are you feeling today in your physical body?

What about mentally, can you focus and complete tasks start to finish?

What feelings are you experiencing emotionally?

Do you feel connected to God and see the purpose and meaning behind the actions you are taking in your day to day?

After checking in, implement a STRATEGY to shift the energy in the areas that need it most.

Physical: Sleep, nutrition, exercise, supplementation

Mental: De-clutter, eliminate digital distractions, supplementation, movement

Emotional: Therapy, communication, supplementation, intentional thought work

Spiritual: connect with God, worship, vision cast
