Pecan Pie Cocktail: Mix together 1 oz vodka, 2 oz Kahlua, and 3 oz pecan creamer. To make the creamer blend  1 cup almond milk, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp pecans. Once blended smooth, strain thru cheesecloth and store in an airtight container.
