A Slice Of Golf - Golf From The Viewpoint Of 3 Average Golfers

Today we are super excited as we had James Lambdon, golf psychologist, come and join us on the show and give us so many tips, things to try and explains so much. This was fascinating! If you want to improve your golf game, this really is a must listen!

James works with players of all levels, from your average golfer like us, up to the pros on the European tour!

• How to not let a bad shot turn into a bad hole, holes and round
• Ever have in-decision over 2 clubs? A tip to solve this.
• What should we be thinking of when stood over the ball?
• Should we think about our goals of points or shots while on the course?
• Why you should spend most of your time NOT thinking about golf while on the course.
• How do you not release rage and anger, which you feel isn't helping your game?
• The 3 step process for great golf - Prepare, Execute, Reflect
• Is visualisation effective?
• Is trying to not think of the water hazard useful?
• If psychology is a skill, how do we practice it?
• and sooooo much more

In fact, one thing I was certain we would cover, but it didn't even get a mention was a pre-shot routine. I thought that was standard golf psychology chat... apparently not.
