Big news last week for Star Wars and Disney! New Cassian Andor show announced that will be coming to Disney’s new streaming service {Disney+} next year; and this episode is all about those two things!

First off, I didn’t even realize how much I wanted a Cassian Andor show until I found out they were making one. I’m SOO excited for this show! Rogue One is becoming one of my favorite Star Wars movies. Every time I watch it, I love it more; so this show def has my attention.

Also, the Disney streaming service has my attention, mainly because of all the Star Wars it’s gonna have. But there’s gonna be way more stuff on there too! So take a listen and find out.

So, I was never a fan of Harry Potter... but that seems to be changing. On this episode we will be discussing being a fan of the Harry Potter franchise and what my feelings/ thoughts were after watching the movies all the way through, listening to some Harry Potter podcasts, and starting to read the books.

Mollie joins me this week and we discuss what we like and dislike about the series (I didn't even know she was a Harry Potter fan!)(YAY!)

Because of other podcast influences, I decided to watch all the HP movies again. I had watched them years ago, but never really got that into them. I enjoyed them, but once they were done, I didn't give them a second thought. A podcast I started listening to recently is partly about Harry Potter and partly about Star Wars, and I just started listening for the Star Wars stuff, but the HP part got me interested again. It was a totally different experience watching the movies this time because of the knowledge that I had of the series due to that podcast. I definitely have a new appreciation for the books/movies.

As I continue to read through the series, I am sure I will be discussing more Harry Potter on this podcast, but my main focus will still be Star Wars.

Is it really Star Wars if there's no lightsabers or lifting rocks?

Also... Mollie hates Infinity War, and this episode we find out why. We also get into all the fun, new Star Wars things happening now.

First on the agenda is the new animated Star Wars show on Disney called Star Wars Resistance. We talk about how we feel about the animated series' overall and why I especially like this new series so far.

Next, we talk about the upcoming live-action Star Wars show that will be coming to Disney's streaming service next year, called the Mandalorian. With the killer director lineup and incredibly high budget, it should have everything it needs to satisfy even the thirstiest of Star Wars fans.

The two biggest mobile phone platforms: iOS( Apple ) and Android. In this episode, we will be talking about both. Not talking about which one is necessarily better than the other, because it all comes down to preference. I have Mike and Matt on this week to have a discussion about what we like about each platform and what we wish our phones had, that other phones have.

We try to avoid it becoming an argument about which is better, but we definitely have our sides we pick.

We got all the sibs in the house!! If you don't know, I'm 1 of 4 kids... and this week we have a special treat.. All 4 of us kids are talking about Star Wars. I got my older 2 brothers, Matt and Ross, on to join me and Mollie about the best way to watch the Star Wars movies.

If you haven't watched the Star Wars movies yet, or if you're looking for a new way to enjoy the Saga... this episode is just what you need. We grew up on Star Wars. Our parents loved it, and now we love it.

But, it can be hard to know the correct order to watch the movies because they were released in all the wrong order! In this episode we will discuss the several different ways to watch the series, and what is good and bad about each watching order.

They've updated the originals to make them even better and have some interesting ideas on what other things in our houses can be smart. The 3rd and final installment of our series At The Cabin. This episode I try to explain to Zach why I love Star Wars... in a way that he can understand..... which is sports.

Zach loves sports like I love Star Wars. We watch and follow and consume every bit of it that we can (without ignoring or upsetting our wives). So, we talk about how you learn to love something. Is it passed down from your parents or do you discover it all on your own? What is the legacy that you leave for your own kids? Will they love what you love just because you are so passionate about it... or will they turn from you, disgrace your family, and watch Star Trek instead?!
