In this episode me and my good friend Auds discuss her journey to becoming a leading sound healer in Ireland, working in corporate, and the crazy lessons we both learned from burnout!! 

Audrey is a Sound Healer, Reiki Master and intuitive guide based in Dublin, Ireland. She embodies energy through sound healing, breathwork, meditation, and Reiki. As the founder of CoreStateHq, a platform dedicated to sound healing, Audrey is passionate about astrology, human design, physiology, anatomy, and energetics, and she brings these elements into her healing work.

Audrey offers support helping people reduce stress, numbness, and avoid burnout by establishing firm energetic boundaries through vibration, frequency, and sound. "Many people absorb others' energy , and I focus on creating energetic boundaries for self-protection. I love working with the neuroplasticity of the brain and sound to stimulate brainwave states, helping to break old patterns and release stored emotions and energy in the body". She is all about movement and unlocking energy to create space in the body, promoting overall well-being, ease and balance.

Audrey has collaborated on sound healing events and programs for renowned organisations such as Google, Maybelline, Accenture, and the Health Care Executive. She will be leading Reiki and Sound Healer trainings in the coming months, sharing her extensive knowledge, experience, and unique approach to energetics.

In this episode, connect with me and Laura Carbone in a rich discussion on music, sound healing, finding our authentic voice and the journey through it all. 

Laura is an acclaimed musician, sound healer and medium. She's recently released the ambitious double album, "The Cycle," that explores the emotional turmoil, trials and challenges the album’s protagonist faces during the changing seasons of a transformative experience.

In keeping with the cyclical theme of the album, Laura brought in crystalline sounds to support the emotional experience of the listener on several songs. She channels emotion and healing through her luminous vocals as well as crystal bowls and clear intentions woven throughout the album with the wish of inspiring and encouraging others to tap into their own authentic voice, sound and expression.

Laura is also a sound healer and medium who founded Cosmic Dreaming to share her craft and gifts, after suppressing them for years due to her limiting beliefs, which helped her build her self confidence and authentically express herself.
