If you've decided you'd like to quit smoking, this meditation will provide you with additional motivation to quit once and for all. In order to successfully quit, you must first want to quit. As you go through the quitting process, listen to it daily or whenever you need some additional motivation. Put on your headphones and drift into a state of deep relaxation that you truly deserve. Headphones, although not necessary, will give you the best listening experience. Do not, under any circumstances, listen to any of these meditations while driving or operating machinery or equipment of any kind. Find a quiet place that is free from distractions. Listen while in a sitting or reclining position.
