In the early 90s, in the wake of The Simpsons, all the other networks decided that they also wanted some hot adult animated sitcoms. Capitol Critters was born out of that desire. It's about vermin living under the White House and, while it was never able to make the topical political jokes its premise demanded, it made up for that short-coming with BAFFLING RACISM.
