Cindy interviews a dynamic 17 year old, Myla Hadley, who is Teen Miss Georgia Earth and has recently started her own foundation, S.T.A.A.R (Supporting Teen Anxiety Awareness & Resources).  They of course discuss pageant life, the pressures of being a teenager, Myla's journey with anxiety, how parents can best support their child going through mental health issues and how she has taken her experience to help other teens/families by starting her foundation, S.T.A.A.R
