In this week’s episode, we are diving into perfectionism. As we start the new year, we tend to have goals that we want to achieve for the year and along with it, we could fall into setting really unrealistic goals and expectations on ourselves. While it could be too much, not all forms of perfectionism are negative. Today, we’re going to discuss how we can overcome perfectionism and be the best version of ourselves.
