These are the three words that immediately come to me when I think about the interview with Dj Kelly, a young man who I had the honor to support on his personal journey of liberation. We went really deep in this one hour conversation talking about his struggles with anxiety & depression, the darkest hours of his life & how he never gave up on himself to rise above his own personal limitations to free himself.
