Every year your school will graduate a certain number of students who need to be replaced. Whether you have one entry point for new students or many grade levels where students can join your program, your job is to make sure the school community is vibrant. This job becomes much more difficult if you are losing students through attrition. As the old saying goes the best student is the one you already have.
