The end of times as we know it all points to the grace of Jesus. Now, given the awful judgments that we read about in the book of Revelation, it can be hard to believe that. And yet, we know that God’s faithful love is also seen in His faithful judgment. If He doesn’t judge, He doesn’t love.

Though the book of Revelation can be somewhat difficult to understand, Pastor Dave just brought some REAL clarity. God has had a plan for humanity since the beginning of time and the book of Revelation, as well as many other portions of Scripture, all point to the very last days when Jesus will return and make all things new.

Isn’t it amazing to know that we serve a God who cares for us? He’s a God Who doesn’t want to see us perish, but desires eternal life with us. That’s why He sent us His Son, Jesus. We live in a world that is often out of our control. We have enemies, and they are many and real. But in today’s message, Pastor Dave wants you to know that there is no room for fear in our faith in Jesus. We have the Word of God, and in a world that wants to hurt us, it is both a sword and a shield.

As we read the Word of God, we may find ourselves questioning why it provides such detailed accounts of individuals we may not know much about. If you feel this way, Pastor Dave wants you to understand today that it is a blessing to engage with what God has included in His Word. Every detail mentioned in the Bible serves a purpose.

As children, we’re taught to do things on our own, but to reach out to our parents when we need help. As adults, we sometimes forget that we have a heavenly Father to turn to in seasons of hardship. Today, Pastor Dave reminds us that God is always in control of our lives and that He is always near.
