Ross is a 56-time Emmy Award-winning, 8-time Peabody Award-winning producer and as President of HBO Sports from 2000-2011 is credited with creating the acclaimed series Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel. Ross has been the Executive Producer of many award-winning documentaries including Magic and Bird: A Courtship of Rivals, Miracles: The Story of the 1980 U.S. Hockey Team and Hard Knocks. In 2022, he was inducted into the Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame.
Rachel is a trained social worker with over 15 years of experience working across the corporate, public, and nonprofit sectors. Next month, Rachel will begin a new role as Chief of Staff at Minds Matter National. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children and enjoys coaching young girls with the nonprofit Figure Skating in Harlem, discovering new neighborhoods, and catching up with friends.
