You can’t control other people’s actions. You only have the power to control your own actions and reactions to others. Be mindful that LIFE HAPPENS to everyone around you and if a person is behaving out of character, don’t always take it personal!

We live in a “no days off” world and that is driving us into the ground at a faster rate! Take time to rest so that you can work at your full potential and be your best!

We all make poor decisions from time to time. We are human beings and in becoming experts, mistakes are made. Excellence is a habit which means it is a continuous process and you won't always get everything right. Growth can be uncomfortable. Don't allow poor decisions from the past dictate your present or your future. Learn from your poor choices, forgive yourself, go and grow!

When you start to feel yourself getting burned out or overwhelmed at your job, remember why you are there!

Remember that although teachers teach students, they can also be your best line of defense and support systems as you seek to do what is best for your students and hit road blocks.
