This episode features three outstanding and successful women who share their experiences, their perspectives and their ongoing battle to overcome daily challenges in their professional lives. One of my guest shares her perspective on the way new tech companies have dealt with these issues, whereas my second guest highlights the structural red tapes that exist currently in most corporate environment and older companies, that make this battle even more difficult to win. My last guest describes her personal journey evolving in a sexist environment working as a professor.
