In this episode, I share about my perspective on covid and how it is a really powerful time for deep reflection.  A time to rethink the structures and the systems that we live under, and a reflection on capitalism and colonialism needing to take accountability for the destruction of the earth.  A powerful time to go within, disentangle from from the toxicity that keeps us tied down,  in order to reclaim our true power and potential within.  It's an important time to embrace the change and create the new world we want to see.  My thoughts, prayers, love, blessings and strength go out to everyone during this uncertain time.
