Natasha is a mother, a Nature Practice teacher and a documentary film-maker. Natasha and I explore how to find deeper soul nourishment from everyday nature. How can we align our wellbeing with the wellbeing of the earth. Natasha used to run nature retreats for organisations like the UN, one world Ayurveda, Google and Airbnb. She now facilitates a global community of people through her Nature Practice program.

Welcome to the season finale of season 1!  Samantha and I explore the many facets and threads of menstruation; a very potent and important topic of discussion. We explore so much!  In summary... we go into Sam's journey into this field of work, returning to the body as our own inner compass, creating space to listen to our intuition. Al and I explore what it means to live in relationship to the WHOLE again. Al is curious about how can we expand our minds and hearts to encompass all of who we are, and all of what is. How do we reweave a culture and a society that is restorative and regenerative.
