Saying goodbye to 2020 and entering into 2021, I knew I was supposed to rest and enjoy the beginning of a new year. I did not listen to my body, and as a resulted injured myself. Listening to our inner voice is a complex and frustrating game. I'm lucky I didn't have an injury worse than a crazy painful shoulder. In this episode I explain what happened and how that led me back to podcasting.
