YouTube sensation Kevin Samuels is an Image consultant turned dating/gender role guru. A standout in the new Black manosphere, he has lured in hundreds of thousands with his videos and views on Black men and Black women today.  Many have an opinion about Samuels.  Faithful Black Men Association @OfficialFBMA, an online community promoting fidelity, isn’t a fan and tweeted, “If only some of y’all did background checks like this on these trash ass men y’all decide to date Kevin Samuel opinions wouldn’t even be relevant right now.”  But Erica LeShai @ericaleshai, a Black woman, tweeted in defense of Samuels, “I don’t agree with everything Kevin Samuels says, but his voice is necessary. His perspective and ideologies bring balance.”  

Umar Rashad Ibn Abdullah-Johnson, also Known as Umar Abdullah Ifatunde Johnson, or "The Prince of Pan Africanism" is a school psychologist, author, lecturer, and community activist whose ideology is Pan Africanism. Johnson is the author of the book, Psycho-Academic Holocaust: The Special Education & ADHD Wars Against Black Boys. Dr. Johnson has appeared in the first three volumes of the documentary series Hidden Colors., Out of Darkness, and Wilmington Fire. Currently, Dr. Johnson is in the process of building a private school for boys in Wilmington, Delaware in which the curriculum will be based on African centered principles and beliefs.  

Both Dr. Umar Johnson and Kevin Samuels are probably the two biggest titans of turpitude on Al Gore’s internet. One is a Pan-African “child behavioral clinician” who is building an invisible school and the other is a “relationship expert” who appears to be birthed from a malevolent masculinity ménage Trois between Steve Harvey, Puff Daddy, and a washed-up Calvin Klein model. These cohabitant sides of the same coin are beefing and it’s essentially the Godzilla vs. King Kong of online shenanigans.

William Henry Gates III is an American business magnate, software developer, investor, author, and philanthropist. He is the co-founder of Microsoft Corporation.  Melinda Ann Gates DBE is an American philanthropist and a former general manager at Microsoft. In 2000, she and her husband Bill Gates co-founded the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the world's largest private charitable organization as of 2015.  "After a great deal of thought and a lot of work on our relationship, we have made the decision to end our marriage," the pair tweeted.  They first met in the 1980s when Melinda joined Bill's Microsoft firm.  The billionaire couple have three children and jointly run the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.  The organization has spent billions fighting causes such as infectious diseases and encouraging vaccinations in children. The Gates - along with investor Warren Buffett - are behind the Giving Pledge, which calls on billionaires to commit to giving away the majority of their wealth to good causes.  

Bill Gates, 65, is the fourth wealthiest person in the world, according to Forbes, and is worth $124bn (£89bn).  He made his money through the firm he co-founded in the 1970s, Microsoft, the world's biggest software company.  The pair both posted the statement announcing their divorce on Twitter.  "Over the last 27 years, we have raised three incredible children and built a foundation that works all over the world to enable all people to lead healthy, productive lives," it read.  "We continue to share a belief in that mission and will continue our work together at the foundation, but we no longer believe we can grow together as a couple in the next phase of our lives.  "We ask for space and privacy for our family as we begin to navigate this new life."  Their 25-year-old daughter, Jennifer Gates, wrote on Instagram: "It's been a challenging stretch of time for our whole family. I'm still learning how to best support my own process and emotions".

On April 20, 2021, Ma'Khia Bryant, a 16-year-old African-American girl, was fatally shot by Columbus police officer Nicholas Reardon after Bryant tried to stab two women in Columbus, Ohio. The officers applied medical treatment and Bryant was transported to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead half an hour later. The incident is still under investigation.  

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James responded to the backlash he received after he tweeted a photo of the police officer who fatally shot Ohio teenager Ma’Khia Bryant with the caption "you're next #accountability​.”  Mr James explained why he took down the tweet. “I’m so damn tired of seeing Black people killed by police. I took the tweet down because its being used to create more hate -This isn’t about one officer. it’s about the entire system and they always use our words to create more racism. I am so desperate for more ACCOUNTABILITY,” James said Wednesday evening.  Columbus police identified the officer who fired the shots that killed the 16-year-old girl as Nicholas Reardon. The shooting, which occurred on the same day as the verdict in George Floyd’s case was announced, has sparked protests and renewed calls for justice.

Derek Michael Chauvin is an American former police officer and convicted murderer for his involvement in the murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on May 25, 2020. During an arrest made by Chauvin and three other officers, he knelt on Floyd's neck for about nine minutes while Floyd was handcuffed, lying face down on the street calling out "I can't breathe". The next day, Chauvin was fired by the Minneapolis Police Department. He was charged with second-degree murder and lesser included offenses. The incident set off a series of protests in the Twin Cities and across the rest of the United States, later spreading around the world. Chauvin was released on bail on October 7, 2020. His murder trial began on March 8, 2021 in the Minnesota Fourth Judicial District Court, and concluded on April 20, 2021, with the jury finding him guilty of unintentional second-degree murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.
