     In this episode I catch up with my good friend From Running the Table podcast Rick Thomas and we just shoot the breeze so to speak. Then I get into the meat of the show as Bob Bowlsby accuses ESPN of destabilizing the league to which ESPN says there's no merit to those claims. Deion Sanders made a clown of himself by walking out of SWAC media day and demanding the same respect as (laugh) Nick Saben. 

We start of with sad news in the football world as football has lost another great coach in Terry Donahue as he was the all time winningest coach in Pac-12 and UCLA history and becoming the first coach to play in the Rose Bowl, be an assistant, and head coach. Also I take a look at some College football news as OU, Ohio State, SMU, and Oregon signed some key players over the 4th of July weekend. Then I take a look at the NBA Finals between the Bucks and Suns and Chris Paul answers questions about the compact season

Segment 1. Supreme Court rules against NCAA. Segment 2. Shaq has some heavy criticism for Ben Simmons. Now the question is will Ben be back in Philly for the 2021-22 season as trade rumors heat up. Also Jeff Van Gundy started a media firestorm when he spoke of Luca and "his whiteness." And to close out we look at old news that might have been missed as I take a look at the rebirth of the Kansas City Monarchs.
