How has God blessed you? Has He given you healing? Has God blessed you with an incredible job that keeps financial worries at bay? Has He blessed you with an incredible family free of contentions and disputes? In today’s message, Pastor Bill teaches that ministry should be an overflow of all the blessings in your life. He teaches that you are to go out and love others because you have firsthand experience of God’s love and provision. Allow your blessings to be a blessing to others.

You are part of a team. Whether or not you like it… others depend on you. Maybe you thrive in group environments, embracing the spirit of “There’s no I in team,” or perhaps you’re a lone wolf who can’t stand the idea of group projects. In today’s message, Pastor Bill teaches that whatever the case may be, as a Christian, you have been called to unite with the brothers and sisters around you to grow God’s Kingdom here on earth. Don’t isolate yourself. Get out there and unite with your teammates.

A key component of a healthy marriage is open communication. It means letting your spouse know when you have appointments or asking before booking a flight somewhere. Successful marriages happen when a spouse considers the other’s interests, time, and desires. In today’s message, Pastor Bill teaches that, as the bride of Christ, the church is to consider His will before acting. As a believer, you are to consider Jesus’s desires before making decisions, because they don’t just impact you.

The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy. The best way for him to do this is by tearing apart the church one person at a time. Today, Pastor Bill says you must not be contentious towards others. You must forgive others because when you have quarrels, the work you’re doing for His Kingdom stops. Be gracious towards others and allow Christ to work in your heart before you start to judge others’ hearts. He wants you to be unified with other believers so you can run at those who don’t know Him together. You’re stronger with other believers than alone.

Can we agree it’s a lot easier to stay angry and fight back with someone than to sit in humility and not fight back? Today, Pastor Bill says we must stay gentle and lowly because Christ was lowly when He went to the cross. He did it willingly so you could have a relationship with His Father. Because of His love, He didn’t fight back but rather took on the punishment of your sin. If we’re called to be like Christ, we must do everything that He did, and one of those things is being humble amidst suffering. 

Scripture says the love of God surpasses all understanding. It’s far greater than anything we can think or imagine. Today, Pastor Bill says we must try and understand the Gospel every day so we can be reminded just how much God loves us. Have you reminded yourself of God’s love towards you? Even though you’ll never be able to comprehend His love, He wants you to try so you can sit in His goodness and mercy. He's a loving Father who desires for all His children to deepen their relationship with Him.

The only way the enemy knows how to destroy the church is from the inside. He’ll tell you that you’re better than other churches because of this and that. Today, Pastor Bill says you must continually pray that God would use all churches to glorify His name. It’s not just going to take one church but multiple churches to reach those who don’t know the Gospel. Pray that God would use the churches around you to bring people to Christ today. He desires that all would know Him and believe.

The enemy is sneaky and always looking for ways to lead others astray. In today’s message, Pastor Bill says Satan makes the things of this world appealing so you walk away from the Lord. You must stay on guard. As the enemy tries to pull you away, you must run harder towards Him. He wants to guide you through every triumph and defeat in your life. Don’t let the enemy's lies sit in your head. Run to Jesus for your hope and security in every situation. He’ll never let you down.

The police are tasked with maintaining order in the streets. When they’re present, people typically try to stay within the law. Today, Pastor Bill says we must be careful not to hold our religious standards and practices too tightly. You don’t need to police others to match your walk with the Lord. Let others walk with the Lord in the best way they can. Parents allow their kids to fail so they can learn; similarly, being a Christian means you’ll fail sometimes, but you’re covered by Jesus’ blood. Find hope in Him today!

We live in an age where people are always trying to influence other people. Today, Pastor Bill challenges us and says sometimes we see celebrities and think they could be great for God’s kingdom, but that may not be true. God uses the most unlikely of people because those people will show His glory. If God used the influencers for the kingdom, the light would shine on them and not on God. He chooses the most unlikely people because they point all glory back to Him and not to themselves.
