We are joined by Hughie Maughan Snr. Hughie is Martin's neighbour and he tells us about his early life growing up in Bellewstown with his mother and farther and the care and support he received when he was sick as a teenager. Hughie tell us how he met his wife and talks about his love for his family and helping others. Ironman Hughie Maughan is a Diesel engine.

Martin and Dean chat about taking risks, getting out of your comfort zone and facing your fears. What have you lost that you would most like back? When have things not gone to plan and were better because of it? What scares you the most, and how does it impact your daily life?

Tom McDonagh grew up in Ballymun and was reared by his Grandmother Bridie. He tells us how he got stranded at a bus stop in Clonmel the first he visited his wife. He talks about some of the roles he has taken on so far in his acting career. And we hear about the challenges and difficulties he has had to over come to stay in college. Bridie's Tom is a powerful man.

In preparation for their live show in Ballymun in November Sparky, Dean and Martin Stokes get together for a rare but beautiful conversation.

Dean and Martin ask some serious questions like, Where does the wind come from? Will we ever have Nuclear powered cars? Should there be seat belts on horses? Why is there so much dumping at Electric Picnic? Why will Dean not answer his phone? and Is robbing school books a good idea?

Martin gives an update on his campervan conversion and explains why he loves to watch biography films. We discuss the pros and cons of talking regular Vitamins and supplements.

Martin takes the reins this week as he tries to interrogate Dean. Dean teaches Matin about the hero's journey story in Star Wars and explains how Martin is like the Traveller Chewbacca. Martin finishes off the episode with a great story about a deadly sneaky snake.
