On this episode of A Tribe Called Best, ItsMeKnowlo goes full rant mode about the U.S. government playing Hunger Games with 42 MILLION SNAP recipients starting November 1, 2025. That’s right—while Democrats and MAGA Republicans argue over whether Americans deserve health care or should just rub dirt on their wounds and hope for the best, regular people are about to lose:
1.Health care
2.Paychecks (federal workers, good luck!)
3.FOOD. As in, literal nutrition.

We’ve reached a new level of stupidity when politicians are like:
“What if we solve our disagreement by… starving the poor?”
In this episode, I’m asking the obvious questions no one in Congress seems to care about:
•Why are we punishing civilians for politicians beefing?
•How is taking away FOOD an acceptable negotiation tactic?
•And how is it 2025 and we’re debating whether humans deserve to eat?

In this episode of A Tribe Called Best, I sit down to unpack the controversy surrounding Tyler, the Creator and the allegations of anti-Blackness. We go beyond the headlines — what is anti-Blackness? How do we define it in our culture? And when we scream “cancel” and pull our support from one black person, what are we really saying?
We explore how we sometimes carry out the cancel culture in our own community, throwing people out while welcoming in outsiders without question. If we’re going to be serious about accountability, we’ve got to learn how to look in the mirror. We’ve got to understand how — as a culture — we can champion thieves, culture vultures, and leeches, but cannibalize our own when the spotlight gets messy.
This episode isn’t just about one person. It’s about the big picture: who we allow in, who we push out, and what we lose when we confuse culture-sharing with authenticity and allow harmful people outside our circle to slide. Let’s stop hurting ourselves more than the so-called “problem” ever could.

From waking up at 4:45 AM and heading to the hospital, to receiving an encrypted phone call, witnessing what felt like a “divine government moment,” meeting the nurse, anesthesiologist, and surgeon, and finally being knocked out for surgery — I break down the entire experience. In this episode of A Tribe Called Best, hosted by It’s Me, Knowlo, I share a conversation I had with a wealthy woman who schooled me on the “struggles” of being rich in California. Imagine having two houses, a driveway full of cars, passive income, endless free time—and still complaining about how hard it is to spend money because of yellow tape and state bureaucracy. Meanwhile, I’m out here slinging mail in rain, hail, sleet, snow, and overtime just to keep my head above water.

She reminded me how tough California life can be when the weather is perfect, the beach is blocks away, and your biggest stress is which home to remodel. Oh, and did I mention? She’s MAGA. Apparently, Trump still hasn’t made her life great again—guess the struggle is real after all.
