As Donald Trump prepares for a second stint in the White House, the former president says he will be ramping up trade hostilities with China with plans to put additional tariffs into place of 60 percent on all Chinese imports. But China is a different place than it was when Trump got into office in 2016,and experts are wondering how that relationship will be this time around.
