The boys start off this week by giving a shoutout to a friend from a far! Junior announces this weeks competition before updating us on 2-Way Watch. Senior and Junior then review last weekends games against the Coventry Blaze and the Belfast Giants. Senior finally makes up his mind for "The Good, The Bad & The Ugly". The guys then preview this weeks games against the Cardiff Devils, Glasgow Clan and Fife Flyers. Junior then rounds of the show with On This Day.

In an action packed show - there are 2 lots of Seniors and Juniors this week as the guys welcome Scott and Tyler Plews as this weeks special guests. Junior gives us an update on 2-way watch before moving on to review last weeks games against the Sheffield Steelers, Nottingham Panthers and Fife Flyers.
