No playoff games this week, so we go four downs to cover all the big stories in the world of college football.
Georgia overcomes Texas for the second time to down the Horns and win the SEC Championship. Beck gets injured, Stockton saves the day. Kirby nearly cries on TV and then insults Greg Sankey to his face. What a night. What a Team.
Maybe it is just me, but this is the least excited/nervous I have ever been as Georgia gets ready to play for the SEC title. I don't know what will happen in Atlanta or anywhere else, but I know one thing: come Sunday afternoon, we will have the first ever 11 Team + Alabama Playoff set.
It doesn't make sense, but I'm not sure it could. There are no right answers and there are no victims. However, there is a one team that gets special treatment, and there is no denying the Elephant in the committee room.
Big upsets with big implications! Where does the playoff stand with just Championship Saturday left and why Alabama making the playoff means we should stop playing the regular season.
An all-time game between the hedges. Georiga pulls out a win over Tech when they trailed by 14 with less than 6 minutes to go in the game. 8 Overtimes later, the Dawgs got it done.
Dawgs and Nerds under the lights on Black Friday night in Athens, followed by one of the best weekends every single year! It's Rivalry Week!
Just when we had it all figured out, we know nothing. After Ole Miss and Bama wet the bed, what's next for the CFP?
This week features a two minute preview of UMASS coming to Athens, the viewing guide, and 20 minutes of me explaining why the committee is stupid, but not being stupid is not an option.
With a shot at the playoffs on the line, Georgia did what it needed to do against Tennessee. Now the Dawgs have to finish out with two home wins, and wait for the Committee to tell them what comes next. SEC and Playoff Talk after the game recap!
