In our first story this evening we feature a strange tale of juxtaposition in which a model railroader discovers he is more than he seems. And the second tale is classic from the Conan the Barbarian series in which a young Cimmerian is led astray by a young lady who is more than human.

In this episode we feature an excert from Jeff Wayne’s musical version of H.G.Wells classic “War of the Worlds: The Artilleryman and the Fighting Machine”…in which Martian conquest seems immenent. Next up is “The Lavender Evening Dress” read by Vincent Price in which an enjoyable evening has a shocking ending. Then it’s “Sredni Vashtar” by Saki and read by Tom Baker in which a troubled boy’s prayers are answered in a disturbing way. And we end with “On the Brighton Road” by Richard Middleton in which a weary traveler finds more than he bargained for.

In this episode we feature two terrifying tales designed to creep you out! First up is “Lost Hearts” in which an old man searches for the secret of immortality with shocking results. And next is “It Seeps In” where a woman discovers a life of bitterness comes with a price.

P. Lovecraft in which a creepy house greets an even creepier visitor. 3. “The Thunder Dust” by Robert E. Howard in which Conan the Barbarian must face abduction and a strange creature on a ship. 4. “The Flying Saucer Pat. 1 & 2” – a fun, musical look at what might be if confused aliens meet earth people.

This episode features two stories that are guaranteed to give you goosebumps! The first is The Crawler in the Mist by Robert E. Howard and features his most famous creation…Conan the Barbarian. The second is “A Dreadful Night” by Edwin Lester Arnold in which one misstep leads to a night of horror!

It’s mid December here in the shadows and we thought it might be fun and maybe a little terrifying to enjoy the holidays in an entirely different way! We present a Christmas themed episode with tales of Holiday dread and cap it off with some classic movie trailers from films like “Silent Night, Deadly Night”, “Don’t Open Till Christmas”, “Christmas Evil”, and “Rare Exports…A Christmas Tale”!
