Julisa Medina is a Lifestyle Motivator, Health & Wellness Mentor, and WNBF Bikini Pro. After struggling for years with depression, limiting beliefs, and trauma, Julisa developed a warrior mindset in her 40s, believing that she too can achieve anything she put her mind to. This warrior mindset was the catalyst for her next-level performance as a huge part of her recovery was exercising, which she did so well that she started competing and even won trophies. Julisa now hopes to uplift and encourage others.

Julisa’s success in competitions encouraged her to write a children's book, "Miracle Star Above the Sky" as well as a second upcoming one where she narrates her ordeal conquering the trauma of rape and molestation. The book will also feature other stories apart from hers. She aims to help other people deal with such challenges and navigate the path to recovery.
