V. 12

Have you felt your joy leave, ask The Lord to return The Joy of your salvation!

V. 11

Have you felt like you have lost something or just don't have the fire you once have, maybe it's from the Spirit being quenched or grieved.

V. 7-8

Allow God's love and grace purify you of that sin, and get back the joy of The Lord.

V. 4-6

Against you and you alone God have we sinned.

Recognizing our sin and having Godly sorrow helps us not to want to go back to it.
