In the last week we have seen some footage from Kelly's new Wavepool in the Middle East, yes it is new footage, even if it looks exactly like Lemoore. Timing on this is questionable to say the least, but also, is it out dated tech, is it boring to watch and even boring to surf? We chime in with our air chair thoughts.
On the topic of Air Chair thoughts, this week the World Record for the biggest wave paddled by a female changed hands, and we have to question if the wave was a make or not. Not talking anything away from Laura and the fact she sent it, but was she really "Riding" the wave... You tell us!
We also have a few things to say about Ripcord and Bethany Hamilton parting ways, NDA's were signed so we can only speculate on this, which we do!
