Episode 209 - It's Time For Change. Men Need To Do Better. - Trigger Warning. 

We are back. Earlier this week we spoke just after Noah Klapp stepped up and posted her incredibly strong Instagram post. A few days have passed, more news has come out, some people have shown their good colours and some people have shown they are stupid, to say the least. 

We are back with our take on this, now a few more days have passed. We are just as aware and emotional and have more information. Yes, we speak some harsh truths on the behaviour of men, yes, it is men and we can say that as men. 

Listen to this, if you don't agree with our stance, maybe look at your own morals and maybe try an see things from a different view, maybe try and imagine it was you being attacked or abused, maybe its your family. 

We believe that we need to stand with all victims and try to change even a few peoples mind on how people coming forward should be treated. 

After this, we are likely going to be back to "regular" podcasts about surfing, events, films and all that jazz, but best believe, if more information comes out, we will be speaking about it and calling it for what it is.

Episode 208 - Trigger Warning - This Is Real Bad! 

We planned to record a podcast and 5 minutes before Noah Klapp posted her incredibly brave and extremely vile post regarding Alan Cleland Junior, so our takes are pretty fresh, raw, emotional and it has to be said, Darren hadn't seen Noah's post until after the episode and he was horrified by it too. 

We do talk about new boards on order, some kook or core subjects, Matt's recent trip to Lost Shore and upcoming events, but this all falls aside to the important and horrific message and news that has been filtering out over the last few days. 

We stand with Noah and anyone else going through such vile times and we feel like we have to address this and use any platform we have to try and support and give power to the victims. 

No one should even go through this, and no one should ever carry fear in speaking up.

Episode 207 - How Did Darren Snap His Board? We discuss broken boards, Quiksilver Festival, WSL and more! 

It's been a busy few weeks and episode's have been a little slower but we are back and it's a banger! 

We give inside scoop from the Quiksilver Festival, we break down the new Natural Selection and how disappointing it was. We finally chat about what happened at Lowers from the last WSL spot and also mention the latest from the Challenger Series event in Brazil.

This covers most but stick around for why Darren might have to call Kelly and complain... How did his board break after being only a month or so old?!

Episode 204 - Fijian Thoughts - A Review On What Has Just Happened. 

Another comp done, and another pretty decent one for the WSL. Yes, the lay days in the middle are annoying but Cloudbreak pumped and finals day and the days before were pretty special.

We saw goofy foot domination, 10's that were 12's, big names fall early and Yoyo become everyone's new favourite surfer!

We also discuss what is to come of the year and how we are gearing up to finish the year too!

We had the privilege to sit down and chat with Pio, an icon of the surf world and a lord of the fins. 

Pio talks to use about the latest fin evolution, the FCS X Album Laminar fins, how and why they work and what boards they will go well in.

Episode 202 - Is Your Favourite Surf A Bit Of A Dick? BIG EPISODE!

Huge week for surfing. New Electric Acid Surfboard Test from STAB, starring Harry Bryant and some of your favourite shapers, the WSL heading to Fiji for the next stop and new John John Florence dropping too! We discuss it all. 

EAST first - Have you seen it? It's a great start, but pretty average waves, even less average sprays on the board and maybe we all discovered one of our favourite surfers is a bit of a dick too? What did you think?

After this we chat about Fiji, make some predictions and chat about the forecast, it should be a SICK event if the waves show up. 

Last but not least, John John dropped a short YouTube clip that looked like our dreams. The most amazing life and incredible surfing in stunning waves!

Episode 201 - OUR FIRST LIVE EPISODE WITH THE NATIONAL CHAMPS! 

Live from the UK Surf & Skate Expo in June, Matt was invited to host a chat with the latest national champs, Fynn Gillespie and Belle Betteridge. 

Talking all aspect of surfing, from their winter season and prep heading into nationals, to feelings on finals day, the joy after winning and what's happened since. 

We speak quite deeply about the boards ridden by both champions, which are UK made and designed, Skindog Surfboards, and how the confidence in elite equipment helped take both surfers to their win's. 

We also chat about free surfing, the influencer of both brother's, sponsorship, relationships with social media and more! 

This one is different from our normal but was extremely fun. Big thanks to champs.

Episode 200 - Chargers Take Chopes. Tahiti Delivers Again. 

Not calling this comp of the year, as Snapper still holds that for now, but Tahiti once again delivers drama, sick waves, hell barrels and truth.

Tune in to listen as we break down the waves, some of the best scores, finals day drama, the GOAT's performance and we clash on Jack Robinson and his actions. 

We saw some surprise highlights on the women's side and pretty much every male stood up, there is always the one who doesn't - You know who!
