She specializes in helping people heal from addictions and trauma. She has worked with many survivors of one time or repeated physical, sexual, and relational trauma. A subspecialty of her trauma work is helping former cult members. She is trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Humanistic and Existential Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
