Today I'm joined by my good friend Jess and we sit down to share a bunch of laughs. We talk about Jess's job working for a plastic surgeon, our funny memories from our recent Bali trip, Jess's most embarrassing moment and a funny fetish of hers plus a tonne more!

So i've been self employed since I was 21, but I joined the workforce from the ripe age of 14 years old and boy oh boy did I have some jobs over the years! I thought it would be fun to sit down and go through my entire job history with you all because honestly I feel like there is nothing I didn't try! From McDonalds to Baskin Robbins, Subway to retail, waitressing, sales and I even taught kids outdoor sports at one stage! I hope you enjoy!

Let's chat about owning a business and customer service in 2020! Is it just me, or does there seem to be a huge sense of entitlement around 'the customer always being right'? I'm all for receiving feedback in regards to my business, but has social media blurred that line and do people often think that nastiness & abuse is an acceptable form of feedback?
