Today I am opening up about becoming a widow at the age of 33. I am also revealing how I am feeling three years later as we amp up to the anniversary of his passing in June. I have received so many questions about grief and today I am answering one about why the second year is so much harder than the first.

Grief affects all of us, no matter who we are and I hope that by being honest about my experience, it helps you in your journey or helps you support someone else.
