From Surgeon to Ibiza DJ...

Season 2 of A Working Title features an individual with a life rich in diversity and character. Aruna has explored many corners of the professional and personal spectrum, weaving a narrative that encompasses the worlds of surgery, general practice, and even the vibrant rhythms of Ibiza as a professional DJ. We discuss the difficulties in modern medicine, paths to becoming a fully qualified surgeon, and rediscovering our lust for life through the most unlikely of means. Aruna and I share the view that it is of the highest importance to evaluate our lives to ensure fulfilment in various aspects, not just in the career sphere. This one’s a little personal.

It's a belief that has been a foundational pillar within my character for as long as I can remember, and it resonates deeply with the origins of my purpose and motivations to start A Working Title. 

The’ why’ of this podcast is simple; To prove that greatness comes from those who do things differently, and to provide a platform to share and explore these experiences. Our guests have shared their highs and lows, the triumphs and struggles, and everything in between.

Now, the time has come for me to put these beliefs into action and share my own story so far. I believe that by embodying the principles, we can all contribute to a world where individuals feel empowered to pursue their unique paths and embrace the differences within our world.
