A year in review of 2019 and a sneak peek into 2020 and what’s to come. I share what 2019 meant to me as well as the lessons I learned during it. I go in depth with my health journey from not knowing what was occurring to the diagnosis of Chronic Hep C, as well as my experiences with functional medicine. The travels I embarked on and the friendships I made also served an important part in the year, alongside the podcast and instagram community. I share what I’ve been keeping on the down low post treatment and the health mission I carry into 2020. With the conclusion of my year in review, I share six life lessons that I learned and will be carrying with me forevermore. As for the sneak peek into the new year, I share what projects I’ve been working on and what to expect for the podcast.
