In this episode, we discussed our realities with going through changes having to do with our bodies. We wanted to be completely honest and open up to everyone about things we have gone through like eating disorders, insecurities, body changes, and learning to accept all forms of ourselves. We understand what it's like to feel like a "stranger" in your own body. Being a women is already hard enough, but stack being a mother on top of that and it can feel very isolating. Although we might not always like what we see in the mirror, every single one of us is beautiful no matter what stage we are in. Our bodies have changed so much and will continue to do so. We will never have a final form and that's okay. We want everyone to know that you are not alone in how you feel. But remember, we only get one body and we deserve to love everything about it. The journey to self appreciation can be difficult but YOU have all the power to make that difference. Not only have our bodies been there for us for our whole lives but it's created life itself.. what could be more beautiful? Our goal this episode is to validate everyone's feelings when it comes to their bodies but also remind us all that beauty radiates from within. In this episode Rachel & Janni talk about how life can take over sometimes and the importance of knowing that you are doing your best wherever you are. Everyone is going through their own struggles constantly, whether that's feeling defeated, being overwhelmed, anxiety, depression, etc. we are all going through something. Sometimes it takes taking a break from the things that "distract" you from how blessed you truly are and be as present as you can be. Keep learning, keep growing, and keep going. Give yourself grace and be patient! Trust & believe that you are that bitchh <3 ET stay home.

Janni and Rachel discuss the importance of wanting more for yourself and taking the steps to becoming the best version of you. Setting goals can be overwhelming if we try to rush our process. It's all about taking it day by day. Understand that goals aren't to simply accomplish something but to get you closer to what you want from your life. Whether that is true happiness, wealth, comfort, etc. you can get yourself there. Do it for you! Do it blind! Do it scared! Just Do it! You deserve it.

Rachel & Janni discuss the scary reality of raising children in 2022. Nowadays no one is safe. We talk about how human rights are being taken away from women in the "United States." The scary reality of having to eventually send our children to school when school shootings and mass shooting numbers are only increasing overtime. Kidnappings are also major fears of ours. We also discuss the harsh truth of raising biracial children when racism and police brutality is continuing to happen. It's a scary world for anyone but especially parents. We wanted to open up a safe place for us and anyone else who might have these fears to freely discuss these topics. We as a HUMAN RACE should stick together. Always use your voices to speak up on the things you find uncomfortable or unfair, never stop using your voice.

Janni & Rachel dive into what they individually experienced with postpartum.. As much as we go through physical changes, having a baby does a lot to parents mentally. Depression, insecurities, anxiety, ect. A lot goes through the mind of a parent, especially young parents. We go from starting to figure out our own lives to now being responsible for a new one. We wanted to share the truth behind our lives to hopefully allow all other parents to know it's okay to not be okay. We are here with you. You aren't alone.

Rachel and Janni go into the details of giving birth in their early 20's DURING COVID! We both have different stories and experiences. Rachel giving birth a month early and Janni giving birth 10 days "late." We talk about what we physically and mentally went through while giving birth for our first times. From the actual pain to the fears that went through our minds while in this very life changing experience. Women are stronger than we think especially when going through this process.
