Meditation with intention has the power to deepen your transformation in life physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and engage the body and spirit towards balance, healing and rejuvenation. I have curated short affirmations that you can listen to and repeat or meditate upon. Each of these affirmations are in alphabetical order and talks bout a quality that you’d want to imbibe to lead a balanced and holistic life with greater purpose. Please sit in a silent corner with no disturbance. Place your feet on the ground with palm facing upwards. If you are sitting on the ground, sit in leg crossed position with palms facing upwards in receiving mode. Take 3 deep breaths with your eyes closed. Calm down and open your heart up to receive just a little more! Feel all my love for you emit through a beam of white light. Start listening to the affirmations and meditate over it. Keep the focus on your breath. Anytime you get distracted and have sensations in your body, know that you can safely come back to your breath and anchor in the moment to focus back in the meditation. Have a blissful time meditating and don’t forget to keep an intention for the day - for yourself and for the betterment of the world. Let your intentions go off to the divine source. Remember, intention, attention and expectations are important but it is also important to let that go off to divine source who will figure out the when, how and why! Have a good time.
