Life comes with ups, downs, twists, and turns. But when moments come where you’re feeling your best, the best thing to do is to celebrate and revel in the moment. Who knows what’s around the corner that may shake things up and knock you back a few notches. It comes with the territory. But feeling good puts you in the winners circle. And that’s the frame of mind your host and cohostess are living in during Episode 109.

Some others in the winners circle are the recent recipients of the Grammy awards. From Renaissance not winning best album, to Queen Bey aka Beyoncé making history as most Grammy award wins in history, it was a show worthy of lots of discussion. Performances throughout the night displayed talents, fashions and freedom of expression in a major way. It was a night of many things. 

One of those things was the Tribute to the 50th Anniversary of Hip-Hop. Oh what a celebration! From Rakim to GloRilla, decades of hip-hop were represented. However, it didn’t go without notice a few pivotal influences in hip-hop history were nowhere near the stage. Can we discuss hip-hop without DoggyStyle or Bad Boy? These were notable forces then who remain on the scene now. So what happened to the faces of East Coast/West Coast rap rivals?
