Exploring the High-School Dual-Enrollment Green Paper that was drafted to inform the Commission’s third area of focus: the current state of high-school dual-enrollment credit mobility. It summarizes key points from research rather than providing a full literature review. The paper is a collaboration between the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and the Community College Research Center (CCRC) at Teachers College, Columbia University. It includes data from a 2024 joint institutional benchmarking survey conducted by AACRAO and the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP).
