Anthony Confredo, senior territory manager for Maggio Environmental Services, is my guest today. I found about his history, and how he has helped Maggio grow during many years of service with his company. They treat him like family, and he in turn contributes to the pride and professionalism of Maggio Enviromental. He was nice enough to give me the tour of their huge facility, and it was more than impressive. Keep an eye out for their sparkling clean green trucks and green dumpsters, and all the other green waste containers. This company is on brand!

Nick Dalvano is Vice President of All-Ways Elevators Inc. He is the current president of the LIBI Associates Council, and he is on the board of the non-profit organization Long Island Builders Home Care. All-Ways is a successful family business being run from their impressive Hauppauge office, by Nick, his father, brother, and other family members. They also have a location in Glendale, that I have to apologize, did not get mentioned in the podcast! Anyway, I know what you are asking: Does his company install and maintain dumbwaiters??  You'll find out. (What a teaser!) My dumb jokes aside, All-Ways is incredibly impressive. Happy New Year! I start off 2019 interviewing LIBI Council Secretary Keith McNamara. He is the Area Sales Manager for LI & NJ at Alside Supply Center. I met Keith's at his office in Alside's impressive Bethpage showroom on Winding Road. Keith talks about his beginnings with Alside, the how he found himself on the LIBI "ladder". He talks business opportunities within LIBI, shares a couple of very interesting stories about supporting job owners at town hearings with other LIBI members; and the (often unexpected) opportunity to make friends within the organization. Also, if you accidentally damage the side of your home while grilling on your bbq this summer, Keith might be a person you could call.
