Back at it for the 7th installment of Aaron Air Out. This week we spend the Intro Airing out after a nice weekend at home then hop into a story from my time working at Walmart and finally wrap up once again by diving into my Diary. Hope you enjoy this episode and as always feel free to reach out with any comments or critiques. Happy, Healthy, Honesty.
Hello Everyone, glad you are returning after the snore fest of Episode 5. This week we are returning to the basics with a couple stories from the past few years as well as a deep dive into my "Diary" where I read a love letter I wrote and sent in the 12th grade. This one was a lot of fun to record and felt much easier to do. Seems like we are onto something. As always reach out with any comments (you can post them on youtube AaronTheBrock) or my social media. Happy, Healthy, Honesty.
Hola, welcome back to the 5th installment of Aaron Air Out. Turns out most podcasts dont make it this far so we have exceeded expectations! I tried to replicate what I did last week and just talk off the cuff but it didnt quite pan out how I wanted. I felt like I was rambling and just filling time without much substance in this episode. We talk about inspiration, Nomad lifestyle, Squid Game and other topics dabbled in. I hope this is still somewhat entertaining but if you cant make it through I totally understand. We're gonna learn from this episode and use it to improve the next. Thanks for Listening! Happy, Healthy, Honesty
Hiya! The fourth episode of Aaron Air out is here for your listening pleasure. We flip the script in this episode by not having one, purely a stream of my thoughts as I attempt to ramble off the cuff for an hour. I think it turned out well. We dance through a variety of topics from my one month recap, to struggling with a limited vocabulary to philosophy and religion. This episode is a real deep dive into what I think about and what keeps me up at night. Hope you Enjoy and let me know if you enjoy this free form structure more than the weekly topics. Take it easy! Happy, Healthy, Honesty.
Welcome Back! On a roll with the podcast, three in a row. On this weeks episode we discuss my work ethic and daily routine, struggles motivating myself to work and then get into a discussion on therapy and what it did for me and how you can start doing therapy yourself. As always I hope you enjoy the episode and please feel free to message me with any comments and improvements you feel I can make as well as suggestions for future episodes. Have a great day, and as always live Healthy, happy and honestly. Cheers.
We're Back! Thank you so much to every one who listened to Episode One of the podcast, I know it was very underproduced but the amount of support and messages I got was unbelievable. As promised we have a second episode this time focusing on my struggles with alcohol and how I overcame them. The last of the serious topics I wanted to talk about before diving into more lighthearted stories in future episodes, though we will try to stick with a Silly/Serious combination because people do enjoy the honest nature of the real talks. I hope you enjoy this episode and the new intro and outro song. Please feel free to reach out to me on Facebook with any improvements or comments you have. It was great hearing from people I haven't spoken to in a while after episode one and I hope that tradition can continue. Enjoy and remember Healthy, Happy, Honesty.
Hello and welcome to episode 1 of Aaron Air Out. This is a podcast I plan to record weekly as a means to air out my thoughts and reflect on my past and present. This episode is a little dry as I gain confidence in front of the mic so if you make it all the way through you are incredibly patient. In this episode I try my best to give a bit of an overview of who I am and how I got where I am today. I have decided to use my savings to try and pursue creative ventures rather than a typical career. This podcast is one of many projects I plan on routinely releasing and improving upon. If you enjoyed the episode or have any criticisms please let me know on my Instagram (you probably found this because of the Instagram post) in the comments. Hope this wasn't too painful and you stick around for episode 2!
