In case you didn't know, Aaron is a Registered Nurse in Boulder, Colorado. With his time spent as both a nurse and EMT, he's seen some pretty crazy stuff. From sandwiches lodged in the crevices of obese patients to getting assaulted by a blind man, the insanity is almost nonstop. We've had a lot of emails from people asking Aaron to discuss his experience as a nurse more on the show, so we decided it would be a fun episode to give an inside look into the crazy life of a nurse. This is one epic, insane, hilarious at times, and sad in others, show. But please, if you are not prepared for gruesome and sometimes disgusting detail, refrain from listening. There is a lot of intense and real stuff in this episode, so it's not for the faint of heart. Just warning you. We think you'll enjoy this conversation between us going through every detail of these stories!
We also hope you gain a new perspective into this career and the medical field, and if you're someone that's interested in nursing or medicine, that it opened your eyes to the realities of what you can expect! Let us know what you think of the episode by sending us an email at
