Aaya tha bazm e shauq men dil behlaane main apna

Dost mila na yaar koi woh mehfil thi ya tha koi sapna

Laga sab kuchh dekh kar rulana hi dil ko maqsad tha

Rotey dil ka har aansu jab qatra mera ban kar tapka

Jab justaju manzil ki hai phir milti nahin mujhe woh kyon

 Kya manzilen bhi khwaab hain khud ko samjhaane aya tha

Riza khuda ki hi sab kuchh hai vaaiz danishmandi bhi

Sawaal jawaab ke silsilon men kuchh nayi rakha tha

Ab talaash hai us paar ki hain reton per qadam mere
