someone, it is cathartic to introspect first. Have you not witnessed an irate customer giving a mouthful to the server at a restaurant as he
owned not just the restaurant but also the waiter serving him? Have you not witnessed a domestic helper being yelled at home? There
are horror stories about how domestic helpers are mistreated by their employers.

Yes, you guessed it right, it begins with you. At home, at a restaurant, or any other place where you are interacting with someone serving you.
How do you change your behavior? What if it is your parent? How do you make them change?
