Life is tough but so are we… Welcome to another episode of “A Sip of Hers” centered around our fear of abandonment, how family dynamics play into our fear, and how we have overcome and challenged that fear. Today’s episode deep dives into Kelly, Chey, and Mav’s first known sign of abandonment and how they felt about it, how to navigate being self-aware and having boundaries but also the fear of abandonment, and as always a closing thought to leave listeners with when thinking about their own fear of abandonment.

As most of us know April Showers Bring May Flowers, I hope that’s relevant to any disruptions we may have this month. As of now we have some really fun things to look forward to! Earth Day, which will be on April 22nd! This is a day we acknowledge beautiful mama nature, raise awareness, and support Environmental Protection! We all can take part in making our Earth a cleaner, safer place to reside. We will also have some of our favorite nature inspired, eco friendly small businesses below! Maybe next time you’re listening to us, you treat yourself to one of these gems!
