On this week of the CWC podcast I am talking about how I have been so overwhelmed with life recently that I realized I have abandoned any form of self care. To be here again and admit it is WAY harder than the first time back in 2014. Because now I KNOW what to do, I am just not doing it.
I knew I needed to make changes but was in such a frozen state that doing ONE thing felt impossible. Having hard conversations with my friends and with Pooh Bear made me realize that need to just start, so I began posting my daily wins and implementing our Baby Steps program.
