We have all experienced rejection. We never completely recover from the pain of rejection. But we can't let rejection destroy us. Rejection allows us to be better people, better friends, better companions, better family members, and better church members.

When David was a young teenager, he experienced rejection because King Saul became jealous of him. He had to run for his life and hide. Nearly all of us have experienced rejection in one way or another. Some rejection is more extreme than others. The devil tells us that we are destined for rejection and that we are never going to find real joy and happiness in our life because “everyone rejected us”. The cycle of rejection must be broken.
